This documentary series deals with the rise and fall of each of the principal characters as they learn the hard way crime does not pay. The documentary provides an informative look at the inner workings of gang-related violence and crime in the innercity. There are no "Ghetto Neighborhood Robin Hood" heroes in this series. The facts speak for themselves. The fate of each of the principal characters is as predictable as it is inevitable. This is a top-notch quality product that was delivered soon after it had been ordered. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my husband. He watched the entire collection in one sitting. I saw a few episodes, and they were excellent. If you enjoy true crime drama, I highly recommend this. My husband and I were both extremely satisfied with this purchase!

I loved watching this series on BET. Hopefully the DVD has extras. Very informative and entertaining series. No way I was not going to order this when it came on DVD.

without a doubt this is the most important Program of Original concept and material that BET has put on there network in a long time where i gotta watch every episode every wednesday. so many compelling figures that are featured. all of the stories and Men that have been Profiled have a interesting story. there is a balance on each story told.
Ving Rhames is the modern day James Earl Jones/Morgan Freeman on the Narrative side. very detailed and compelling.
