| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Coma is state of total unconsciousness, in which any kind of thinking - including dreams - is believed to be impossible. But whilst in a coma, journalist Geoffrey Lean dreamt continuously. In the dream, he was both paralyzed and voiceless. (For instance he dreamt that he was with Margaret Thatcher, in a voice clinic in the south of France. Mrs.Thatcher had lost her voice. As a journalist, Lean wanted to get the story out to the rest of the world. But when he made the telephone call, he was unable to speak!) In the coma, Lean could have no way of knowing what had happened to his body. But when he emerged from the coma, he found his dreams had come true. He was paralyzed and voiceless.
