Since seasons 7 & 8 have yet to be released in Region 1 NTSC for the USA, this set must be doctored in some way.

Avoid this box set of seasons 1-4. They look like they've been copied on someone's DVD burner, in a cheap cardboard box.
Beware of any seller who is "drop-shipping" (does not actually have it in stock) or looks like they're from China. Make sure the seller is in the United States, looks legit, and is not a brand new seller. Many of these sellers have never even *seen* the item they are selling - they couldn't even give me a physical description of the box. After you pay them, they scour the Chinese black market for the cheapest copy, then have it shipped to you from overseas (called drop shipping). If it gets lost or damaged, they don'd care.
That's the most important precaution: Make sure the seller has the item *IN STOCK* when you order it.
