Leslie Sansone Review October 8, 2008 This product was great! I like that fact it has both 1 mile and 2 miles on it. If I dont feel like working out for 30 min for the 2mile I can just do 19 min on with the 1 mile tape. The two mile portion really has me sweating and it is a great work out. I dont have the weighted balls she uses on the tape, I just use free weights.

Walking Back To Health September 20, 2008 A great DVD to get you into walking, or back into walking if you had not done so in awhile.
I have been using it often and breaking it up more with walks outside for longer times but not as intense on some good weather days.
It is easy (compared to running) and even a little bit goes a long way. Walk a little bit every other day even and you will start seeing results.
great workout September 18, 2008 love this workout. I use the one mile workout for days when I am busy, but need some physical activity, and the 2 mile for a more serious workout. Very doable!
