Product Description Bob Beaudine believes Networking is Not working for Americans any longer. This highly respected and well-connected head hunter shares his philosophy on what really works in identifying what your dream in life is and how to get it. With his unique 100/40 principle, Beaudine takes the traditional networking concept, shakes it up and rebuilds it, explaining that individuals already know everyone they need to know. He shows readers that they have established a powerful network simply by interacting with people in their daily lives. Beaudine explains this new way to achieve dreams clearly, in a step-by step fashion using his well-tested knowledge to break it down and help readers tap into the Power of Who. (2007)

MOST IMPORTANT BOOK FOR YOUR CAREER January 8, 2009 This is not fluff. It is not theory. It is very clear advice based on years of experience with tangible examples that illustrate how we have all been misled by the "conventional wisdom". Nurture, trust, & rely on the real relationships that you have in your life today (not on strangers). These are the people that "will" help you because they care about "you". This may be obvious but it is so obvious we don't think about it. I LOVED THIS BOOK. If there is one book you read in 2009, read this.
You Need Who! January 8, 2009 Developing and nurturing relationships with the people in your life is the true key to happiness. In The Power of Who author Bob Beaudine provides a blueprint for leveraging these relationships to help yourself and others reach your dreams.
The Power of Who will change how you see the world around you. This instant classic is essential for anyone looking for real success in life. Throughout the book the author weaves personal stories which illustrate that the lessons he teaches really work. Most importantly it is easy to see that Beaudine walks the talk in his own life.
This is one book I guarantee you'll love. I've already read The Power of Who twice and it has been placed on my book shelf next to Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends and Influence People. This is a book I will turn to time and again for advice.

A MUST READ FOR DEALING WITH THESE TIMES... January 7, 2009 Considering the times with joblessness and the impersonal role of networking through technology, The Power of Who may be the most important book today, especially for keeping a level head with respect to job and the enriching personal life. The book is easily understood and relatable, highlighting the fact that authentic relationships are the basis to finding a career that you truly want, as opposed to reaching out to enormous job search websites that don't care who you are. The book is great in identifying the 40 people within your authentic circle that truly care about you. Also it's an interactive book - as you read it, you immediately relate it to your life, passions and dreams. It's motivational in that it "reworks you," helps you find your personal board of directors, gives you tips on interviews never really shared before, suggests "moment makers," as well as warning about "dream killers." I highly recommend it as a great motivational book with many examples.
paradigm moving material January 4, 2009 I could almost feel the ground under my feet moving as I read through Bob Beaudine's The Power of Who. A timely and simple but powerful idea that works-invest your life in those closest to you expecting nothing in return. Then, when you need to change the trajectory of your life you can go to people who really care about you (rather than strangers and faceless websites) to make that change. People who care about you like coming to your rescue if you'll only ask. Like George Bailey in "It's a Wonderful Life"....
The stories are compelling, the writing is terrific, and the message of hope should resonate in the current economic climate. If you want to change your life, find a job, find a mate, accomplish a dream, get The Power of Who.
Fantastic read full with great tips on improving all aspects of your life... January 3, 2009 Bob Beaudine has written an instant classic on life, business and harnessing the power of things and relationships you already possess. It is not only a quick read, but is filled with practical tips to make an impact and difference immediately. I am going to be purchasing these books for the entry and senior level people (not just sales) within my organization so they can begin tapping into and getting more out of their "who"! Thanks for the wisdom Bob!
