Amazon.com Review To put it succinctly, Quake II's first victim is the original Quake. This first-person shooter is more graphically hip and audibly slick than its predecessor; the creators even found it within their furry brains to provide for a more cohesive story line. But, with all the toothy weapons, power-ups and nasty surprises, it's not always the BFD-equipped grunt that wins the day. Weapons, armor, and power-ups are essential, but sometimes it's the odd or unexpected combination of gear and guns that's going to make the difference. This is also true, significantly, for the death match, where any number of variables now make for a more intense and even multiplayer melee. Single players have cause for rejoicing as well. A more logical and integrated mission-driven option actually manages to string together a crude story line. It's enough to infuse some genuine chills as the mission progresses deep within the bowels of the blasted-out complex. --Tamara Hladik

Good game, but problems November 14, 2007 I liked 'Trophy Bass 3-D' and whenever I was bored I would go play it. I would catch crappies, muskies, and once a 39-pound catfish but now I can't even get a crappie easily. I think the game messed up my reel speed.

It,s good,,, but May 15, 2002 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The only thing that bugs me, is, you can pick a large reel & pole, and pick the heaviest line and you will still lose a half pound fish...
Love the game. My daughter plays it too. February 28, 2002 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love fishing games and this one is a perfect game for those who love fishing games also. My 11 year old daughter plays it and she loves it too. Whenever I play this game, I feel like I am really fighting a fish. I like to fish for catfish, and my biggest cat is 39.13. It took me a long time to catch it, but it was worth it. If you love to play games and love to fish, this is the game for you.
